Payment is accepted in cash, bank remittances or major credit cards

Rates Include: Luxury Accommodation and Breakfast.

Rates Exclude: All beverages and meals other than breakfast, telephone, facsimile, purchases, laundry, gratuities, transfers to and from the lodge, massages, gym lessons or other activities.

We also charge an additional €150 per day for the heating of the swimming pool during the cold winter months (from October until April). Please advise us before your arrival if you wish to make use of the facility.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of the provisional booking. For stay over 1 week period or for the entire house, full amount has to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation: More than 30 days from arrival - no cancellation fee
More than 7 days from arrival - 50% cancellation fee
Less than 7 days from arrival - 100% cancellation fee.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking establishment. For the (subsequent) comfort of other guests, we insist that our guests never smoke indoors. We strongly request not to dispose off any cigarette remains somewhere else than in ash trays or other suitable containers.
